Although the PAW+ arrived with an expired date, when I reached out they were very easy to work with. They offered me a new product or a full refund. The collars we bought for our 3 labs and outdoor cat are working great so far!

This product might work well for fleas but it definitely DOES NOT work for ticks. We went camping this weekend and our 2 dogs kept getting ticks on them. Not just crawling either, they were already biting and dug in. I don't recommend this product because it doesn't work as well as the site states especially being so expensive.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry to hear the collars did not meet your expectations during your camping trip. We understand how frustrating it is to find ticks attached to your dogs despite using the product, especially after investing in a natural prevention solution. Our collars are designed to help repel fleas and ticks using natural ingredients, but effectiveness can vary depending on factors such as the environment, level of tick exposure, breed, coat thickness, and activity level. Areas with heavy tick populations, such as wooded or camping environments, can sometimes require additional preventative measures alongside the collar. We truly appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us continue improving our products and better educating customers on what to expect in high-exposure situations. If you would like us to review your experience further or provide additional support, please contact us directly at [email protected]. We’d appreciate the opportunity to assist you further.
MATT...The product is amazing. Only down fall is my dog was able to get the disk out. So it will not make a year. I had to order another one. But that was my fault as i did not get her coller tight enough. Just wish ya'll sold the disk as the rubber peace holds up great..

I had a shipping issue, and was dealing with multiple people, but Glisson was able to identify the problem and resolve the issue with a new shipment. I love the product, the collar tabs work really great for my dogs on the farm, and no nasty chemicals, so I'm grateful that Glisson was able to resolve my issues! Thanks FurLife!

I'd made a mistake and ordered for dogs when it was for a cat and Julia corrected the ASAP. I really appreciate her excellent customer service.

As a grandma, to a 6 month old Frenchie, I am health cautious, for everyone in my family, including our fur babies! My daughter, started off with Chewy, once a month flea & tick protection tablet. After a few months of discrepancies with scripts & orders, we decided to look for a company that takes pride in customer service & promptness, for the best care, of Cookie (Frenchie). After research I found Furlife, from the moment, I reached out regarding our first order. I not only received a quick reply from Patrick, but the rep was awesome, with answering my question regarding the shipment. I will update, a review after 30 days of usage. And plan on promoting the product(s) we invest in. Thank you Natasha
