We're sorry to hear you've had trouble connecting and organizing your accounts in Frank. If you're unable to connect certain accounts, you can still add them manually. We have a quick guide to walk you through the process here: https://help.getfrank.com/articles/6997586-manual-accounts. Thanks so much for the thoughtful feedback. We really appreciate it! If you're still giving Frank a shot, we recently expanded access to more than 8,000 financial institutions, so it might be worth trying those connections again. If they're still not available, you can add the accounts manually or upload a statement and ask Frank to remember that information for future advice. Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review. Feedback like this is exactly how Frank gets better.
