FindsterReviews of getfindster.com

The Findster performs every bit as well as it's advertised - a rare thing. Our kitty's movements are tracked accurately and the range is way more than I hope we ever need. It performs extremely well and, best of all, no monthly cell company charges!!!

I love the Findster cat tracker. I tried 2 other trackers before discovering the Findster. There are no monthly fees and is not dependent on WiFi. I cannot say enough about the customer service. I had a problem with my first Findster and the customer service worked with me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I have been using findster duo very successfully since May 2020. Just recently I have a major problem and Findster sorted out the problem and got me going again. I am very happy with their service and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs to keep a track on their pets. The system is easy to use and give great information including a map record of your pet's walk

We are very happy with the device! Alex M

I give them one star because I recognize that their website was good enough to pull me in. Ordered Nov. 6 2020, still am waiting as ship dates are pushed back again & again. Left a chat message & did not even get an automatic confirmation from them. There is no 800 no., they don't let you create accounts & they have a handy excuse for everything, the COVID. Considering how many other products I have ordered & received since Nov.6, I'm guessing they have an outbreak that affects NOBODY else. My patience has worn thin & I am beginning to think this is a scam. We'll see if they bother to answer this review because they haven't bothered to answer much else. My advice: stay away. There has to be someone out there with better service than this.

Excellent customer service when I've needed it. Pleased with accuracy and connectivity of tracker, very good and useful technology.

The Findster tracking system works well in our fairly remote, mountainous area (where no GSM tower exists) It does a good job tracking the movement of our dog around our acreage, and beyond when she manages to escape our boundary fencing! The system is easy to learn and use, and when needed, your technical help has been prompt and excellent. Thank you for a great and badly needed product.

Findster is a God's send as it helps us "kep an eye" on our 4 year-old Siamese, who loves to roam in our 2-plus acre field. It is great piece of mind for us to know where he is at all times. Thanks Findster!
