Ok experience. Took $250 got $220.

Window clerks were friendly 1st time. Not friendly 2nd time. Better 3rd time. Helpfulness was minimal. Clerks seemed more interested in moving people through than being helpful. I believe the site would benefit from more than one clerk.

It’s good but too much deduct

This lending group has been critical to our company’s growth. Usually very friendly and personalized. Differing policies between Omaha and Council Bluffs is occasionally problematic. Great regional manager, BRAD.

While I appreciated the loan and you giving it to me when I needed it without any hassle, now that the pandemic is turning everyone's lives upside down and I'm unable to work because of it, don't call asking when I can pay back the loan. Making our lives even more difficult during trying times is not showing that you care about your customers, only your money. I promise you I will pay, I just need time and a job.
