We had unique requirements that had created challenges in the past but they approached the task with no reservations. I highly recommend Digsy and they will be our go-to resource for any future office needs.

I'm not a person that writes reviews, especially negative feedback. Nevertheless, I feel compelled to after my experience with Digsy. It started off great; at first, the broker and my Digsy representative appeared to be so friendly and helpful. However, after the broker sent me a shortlist and asked me to compile properties I was interested in - communication broke down. They promised that this process would be easy and I'd be touring spaces by the following week. However, that didn't happen. They just ignored me and didn't reach out. I tried to contact them numerous times and even I gave ample time to wait for responses. It's been over a month of waiting and still haven't seen a single space or even an informational flyer. I told my Digsy representative of the situation and they just responded that their brokers/experts were all too busy and I would have to resume the search on my own. I'm extremely disappointed in this service. I had high hopes but alas, I get the indication that they don't care about their small & local business clients.

I received the same response as noted by the other one star reviews. I am the CEO of the company and looking to move a mid size business. I spent my time answering their questions and then received a boiler plate email saying none of our real estate experts said yes to your request. Unbelievable!
