Terrible!!! They subscribe you without your consent. Dupe you into buying 3for2 but automatically subscribe you. No different from any other cream, be better with Nivea!!

I need to give this company a -0. The cream made my skin worse than before I used it. They put you on a Subscription order without making it clear then take full amount out of your account without you being told. Stay well away from them! I have informed my bank so hopefully I shall not receive anymore of this rubbish.

If l could give them a zero I would give them a zero. They are a bunch of thieves I ordered the oil then they went into my account without me authorising and took out £42.99 trying to get my money back. They refuse to give my money back. I did not subscribe. All I did is order the oil ones once you order the oil they automatically send you the oil without you even subscribing do not buy this oil one it does not work they are scammers their liars and thieves. This is how they make their money by going into your account and stealing your money without authorisation.

Scam. Firstly they put you on a subscription without making this clear during the buying process. Second the order is dispatched in parts, 3 out of 4 products have not arrived and they have taken full payment and I cannot get a refund for the undelivered products. Third the product that has arrived isn't great, feels cheap, cheap packaging and made in China. All in all avoid at all costs, don't get caught out like me. Just hoping these con merchants don't take any more money from me.

Watch they reorder without your permission and the products is shit - someone is lying about how good this is - it's absolutle shit and don't need them to take money off my credit card right now - so fake fake fake

Cream made no difference to my skin. Dreadful company. I placed original order and on the confirmation it mentioned subscription. I immediately addressed this with Cellu and they advised me it was a one off order. A month later they took a 2nd payment and shipped more cream. I am now expected to pay postage to send it back to China. Terrible customer service

Very disappointing experience. My order was shipped, but I still haven’t received it despite waiting for a long time. I contacted customer service, but the issue has not been resolved. This has been extremely frustrating, and I expected much better delivery service and communication. Please don’t put order with this company in Australia, your order never received and they do not refund you any money!
