A dodgy company, there is a tick box when you order that I believe I unticked but ticked it means you have a subscription. They email 1 month later to say they have taken the money and are sending another. I got the email on a Sunday and emailed back the same day to say I don’t want another. They said I ticked the box so you are getting one even though shipment must have been Monday. I suspect the cream does nothing at all and the tactic is to get as much as they can. Their tactics should be stopped by regulation or close the company down.

TOLD THE LOGISTICS TEAM IS INVESTIGATING. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM IT REALLY IS HELL ON EARTH TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK! ONTACT MY CREDIT CARD AND NOW LETTING THEM DEAL WITH IT. IVE PUSHED IT AS FAR AS POSSIBLE CAN. NOT SURE IF ALL THESE GOOD REVIEWS ARE REAL! JUST BE VERY CAREFUL BECAUSE ONCE THEY GET YOUR CARD THEY JUST RINSE YOU DRY! YOUVE BEEN BARNED

Be careful here! I bought a cream 4 weeks ago and all of the sudden today they are charging my card and sending me another cream. I have not order another cream but they automatically subscribe you on the check out. So this is a warning: do not buy from this company as they are making subscriptions without your agreement. Just be careful!

Purchased the body firming oil x3. Currently seeking refund. Terrible product. Heavy, greasy and over all disappointing. Maybe the cream is okay but the body oil is gross.

SCAM: they sent the second order (subscription I tried to cancel) before I had even received the first order. They do not honor the 60 day satisfaction they tout on the website. Returning it costs almost as much as the product, why spend more money? So I have six jars of the stuff if anybody wants it before I throw it out.

Product did not do a thing. I ordered on May 30th. they were "genuinely sorry to hear that you didn't see the results you were hoping for" Was charged 3.99 for shipping. Arrived June 16th. Used until I ran out of product Aug. 3. Asked for a refund. first was told I was beyond 30 days, and offered a 15% refund as a "goodwill gesture" but the website clearly states that "60-Day Risk-Free Trial We stand behind our skincare and your satisfaction. That’s why every Cellu purchase comes with a 60-day risk-free trial. If you’re not in love with your results, you have up to 60 days after receiving your item to request a return — even if the product has been opened and used." when I pointed that out I was told I can return the empty containers but I have to pay the shipping cost - to some international address. no where on the website or the invoice does it say returns go to some international "fulfilment center". they offered a 25% refund, which I am tempted to take just to not deal with them any more, but I paid 83.97 for this worthless stuff and should get my full refund.

I ordered product via their website. Unfortunately, I developed an allergic reaction. Prior to the reaction, I had emailed asking different questions. Those emails were answered very quickly. Once I emailed about the allergic reaction, email responses from them slowed. I asked about returns (which according to their website I was well within the time frame). They told me they had partnered with an international shipping company and explained that the shipping costs would be my responsibility and probably high. They offered an immediate credit of 35%. I agreed. Still don’t have that refund. Then I asked if the different product that I had already ordered would have the same reaction. Getting responses again slowed. I told them I would refuse the shipment and would like a full refund for that. When the product came in, it came from California, not an international address. I refused the product. They said it still has to be returned through their international shipper. Their website says NOTHING about international shipping for returns.
