The website was easy to use, with step by step instruction. Great follow up after I ordered. The Bobblehead was excellent, actually better than I had expected.

Very late delivery even with express extra fee and no proper communication. Need continuous follow ups. I would not recommend.

We sincerely apologize for the unacceptable delay—especially since you paid for express shipping—and our poor communication during the recent statutory holiday period. This falls far below our standards. As a gesture of goodwill, we’ve refunded your express fee.
I love every attention to detail! It's absolutely perfect and I couldn't be happier!
