Edit: It is still a tragedy what happened, but at least they realize it and were accommodating accordingly. Old: We needed some help on the configuration and shared our ssh login details with them. They made some changes in the server configs and because of a typo, our website didn't work anymore. They didn't taught it's necessary to test if everything is still working properly after there changes. Because they did it outside our working hours, we didn't realized it for more than 2 hours. Thousends of USD lost. When a security company is working like this, how much trust you should give in to that company?

The company Astra always thinks in terms of solutions, they have made sure that our company is safe. They also help with other minor issues not even related to security. When ordering, I didn't even want a discount code because the deeds they do are worth a lot more for the money. We deeply respect that they make businesses safe online.v

Our wordpress website was subjected to a malware attack which we initially tried to fix ourselves. Locating the infected files and removing them proved impossible - it turned out they were buried deep in a plugin which we never would have been able to find ourselves. Within a few hours of contacting Astra, they had scanned our entire site and removed the threat. They have also provided additional layers of security and provided a detailed report of what we can do to further secure ourselves. We also now have the reassurance of knowing that should anyone else manage to break through, they will be on hand to fix the problem for us. They have provided excellent service and have been a joy to work with.

5 Star Rating in my book! I had a wonderful experience with Astra Security, from my initial phone call to the final installation. I was impressed with my initial meeting with Alex, to go over equipment and my specific needs. He was a great listener and attentive to my situation, getting me a quote within 24 hours. I was expecting a 2 week wait and the company was able to get me in promptly, finishing the job in one day. Both Alex and Oliver were professional in their installation, not leaving trash for me to pick up afterwards, along with listening to my request for camera locations. After the installation, Alex helped me navigate through the mobile app and supplied me with contact information easily uploaded into my phone. I ended up needing an extra camera which was installed within a couple of days from my call. And when I called the office to ask a question, Emily promptly addressed my needs. Each staff member treated me with kindness, professionalism, and knowledge of their product. The most impressive part, for me, was during the sales meeting where Alex was never derogatory about competitors, along with encouraging me to get a 2nd quote, letting me know where Astra would fall in the price scale (the other companies I contacted talked poorly about their competitors & pushed for my business). I’m completely satisfied with the equipment, giving me clear images both day and night, along with the text alerts when something is located in a camera’s view. The experience was wonderful from tip to tail, giving Astra the highest compliment and stars a company could receive!
