Tanya was the best! As someone who was new to life insurance, she was so patient with me and taught me a lot. She was an excellent communicator and I appreciated how she kept me informed of all the steps. Katie also helped me finish the approval process, and she was equally great. At no point did I feel ashamed of my ignorance.
