Miss Lyn call back at me real soon and she explained to me or something happen and her aunt and my aunt when I purchase my product, you know Airmoto anyways this morning I woke up and it was done. She said it was gonna fall automatically so I guess it did and I guess and I’m getting my product. That’s why I put five stars. Thank you.

The Airmoto pump is wonderful. The customer service person responded so nicely to my query about what I thought was a missing hose. She told me to depress a button on the bottom and there it was. Then she also included a video tutorial. Such a wonderful product and even more wonderful staff at your company.

My pump stopped pumping. Gave them a call, had me email a short video of it not working and my order # Sent me a new one under the warrant. Im glad they are easy to work with!

This unit was a gift and wasn’t blowing air despite it turning on. The warranty department was fast and easy to deal with and sent out replacement immediately. I have my own and love it. It’s always in my car in case of emergency. I use it for balls, bike tires and car tires.

I bought an airmoto pump from Amazon and the battery failed after about a year, I contacted customer service to see if I could buy a replacement battery because I really like the convenience of the pump, they went above and beyond and sent a replacement unit for, outstanding customer service 👏
