Hi William, we see that you recently purchased a NoSO Patch from us. We do not set those manufacturer prices. We also hold the values of our company products and fellow brands high, which often means we are not at the lowest price points but offer high quality items and good customer service. We hope that you have success patching your item,. Best wishes, AdventureUs Team
I was sent the wrong product, then was told they would ship me a new one, and then was told they were unable to. Ideally it would be that they sent me the correct product and had us keep the incorrect one as well. After suggesting that they improve quality control, they blamed it on being a small family business. Would have appreciated a coupon or something. This has been my previous experience when a company makes an error. Just overall warning for making a purchase, that you may or may not receive the correct item. Update: I wrote a review explaining my experience, which is what was asked of me. My exact words to the company were: “Super frustrating. But okay. Would recommend improving quality control for shipping” according to their reply is harsh criticism. To me I was explaining that I was frustrated and that my expectations were not met aka leaving a review. I did update to 2 stars because they were communicative and let me keep the item I did not want. However, I think their reply to my experience was harsh when I don’t think I was unjustified in being upset that I was sent the wrong item with no solution provided other than keeping something I did not want and purchasing the item I did want elsewhere. I hope they find happiness as well and have no plans of doing business with them in the future.

Mistakes happen and a part of life. We apologized repeatedly, refunded you the entire order and let you keep the item. After your harsh criticism, we explained that we are a family run business and that mistakes happen. We stand by our customer service. We hope you find more happiness in your future and do not wish to do business with you again.
