How do you get out of this scam They filed a UCC without my consent signature nothing at all .

This company filed a fraudulent UCC1 on my company without any business credit line. I was promised fuel support on a per transaction basis to be charged to a company credit card. They would not return phone calls, disclose fees, The UCC -1 the placed was in direct violation of MN Statute 336.9-5136 which requires a credit agreement.

Tened cidado the entrar en Fleetsmarts para factoring, no os pasaran las cargas no os dejaron ir. Mi empresa esta secuestrada por esta compañia y voy a parar mi actividad por no cobrar mis cargas.

Do not engage in factoring with Fleetsmarts. My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating and financially damaging. Despite having my bank account information, Fleetsmarts opened an unauthorized account under my business name. They do not understand the basics of factoring and consistently hold onto payments for weeks, even after receiving funds from brokers. This results in significant financial strain and operational delays. A class action lawsuit may be necessary to address these issues and hold Fleetsmarts accountable for their actions.

Esta compania son un groupo de estafadore profercionale .cuidesen de ello.no cojan las tarjeta de combutible que offrecen. Para que no cargan en un gancho. Te offrecen una tajer de combutible y luego te le ponen un enbargo a tu compania para que no te pueda uni aniguna factory. Obligando te hace los deposito de tu carga con ello o si no tu tiene que serar tu compania . El govierno de biera hacer hargo con ello reperto a eso.

Do not deal wirh this company if they call hang up they will get your business info and file liens on your company for fuel cards that you didnt request which will.stop you from getting facturing
