Awful experience. If you enjoy placing an order and hoping that it comes with no customer service support. It's been 2 weeks since I placed the order and no tracking or receipt of product. 4 follow ups with no response

Absolute scam artists here. I placed an order and never received it. I wrote 4 follow ups to their customer service team with no response. Never buy this product or work with this company

At first, I thought my dog would not like it but she started drinking from it after the third day! tried giving her some treats from time to time after drinking, it helped!

Probably one of the few things I’ve bought for my dog that he actually uses instead of just looking at me like I wasted my money 😂 He was a little unsure at first, but once he tried it there was no issue. Now I hear him drinking from it throughout the day. I’m definitely happy I got it for him.

Should have read the reviews. Stores are in the United States, however the company is not. Should have bought it for chewy. Live and learn

the dogs and cats love it and the water stays clean. and it's easy to clean too.

Quality product, works well, my only complaints are the cost of replacement filters and the last 2 inches of water at the bowl can't be used, it will stop running until you add more water with the 7 quart bowl system.
