Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Robin! We’re so happy to hear that both of your dogs adjusted to their new Selene Fountain so quickly and naturally. It’s amazing how curious they can be at first—and even better when they end up loving it right away! It’s especially great to know that they’re now drinking more water and no longer needing constant refills from the sink. That’s exactly the kind of convenience and hydration improvement we hope to bring to both pets and their owners. We truly appreciate you choosing the larger size and sharing your experience—it means a lot to us and helps other pet parents make the best choice for their furry companions. If you ever need anything at all, we’re always here to help! -The Selene Team

That’s exactly what we designed it for — happy pets and less hassle for their humans! Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience and for trusting us with your fur babies’ hydration. Thank you so much for your continued support, Tom! It means a lot to hear that this is your second fountain and that it’s working perfectly for you and your pup. We truly appreciate customers like you who come back for another one. We’re also sorry to hear about the cosmetic dings during shipping. While we’re glad to know they were only minor, we completely understand how that can be frustrating. Your feedback about the packaging is very helpful, and we’ll be sure to pass it along to our team as we’re always looking for ways to improve the delivery experience. Thank you again for sharing your experience and for trusting us with your pup’s hydration! -The Selene Team 🐾

Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback, Mr. Mike Christ! We’re happy to hear that the setup went smoothly and that your Labs figured it out so quickly. Dogs who are enthusiastic (and messy!) drinkers can definitely benefit from having a steady flow of clean water, so it’s great to know the 7L capacity is making things easier for you—and helping keep the floor a bit drier too. Your kind words about the design truly mean a lot to us. We’re so glad the fountain is working well for you and your pups! -The Selene Team 🐾
