Hi Phil, We're so glad you're enjoying your Selene fountain! Hearing that it's easy to clean and whisper quiet is exactly what we hoped for when designing it. We love knowing it's been a great addition to your home. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for choosing Selene. We truly appreciate your support! -The Selene Team
Our GS was noted to not be drinking much water over the last couple of months. She preferred going to the water supply outdoors. My husband noted the ad for Selene water fountain and investigated further. He liked the many pros. We bought one. Right away the dog started using it and a week later she is drinking readily from it and more frequently. She had had a recent dental problem and perhaps that standing water jug/bowl was the cause.

It's wonderful to know that something as simple as fresh, flowing water has made such a positive difference in her daily routine. We hope she's recovering well from her recent dental issue, and we're honored that Selene can be a small part of helping her stay happy and hydrated. Hi Sherry, Your review absolutely made us smile! We're so happy to hear that your two dogs are loving their Selene fountain. It's always fun to hear when customers weren't sure they needed one at first, only to discover what a difference it makes. Fresh, flowing water really can become a favorite for our furry friends! We're thrilled that it's become such a great addition to your home, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Thank you for choosing Selene, and please give your two pups some extra love from all of us! -The Selene Team
Sure they eventually send you the fountain but they are horrible at everything else. The contact response is horrendous. I've been asking to return my fountain for 2 weeks and all I got was a separate offer, which I declined. On the checkout page, it asks if you want to subscribe to monthly filters. I opted out. Today, I just got charged 30$ for a subscription. I logged in, verified I didn't NOT have a subscription, and still got charged. MEANING, THEY KEEP YOUR BANKING INFORMATION AND CHARGE YOU MONTHLY. I have to change my bank account number just from this! They won't respond to me or let me return my UNUSED fountain. It's unused because they do NOT provide the power adapter to your wall for the wired fountain. They only give you a type C and expect you to already have an adapter. DO NOT PURCHASE! look up how many other people are going through this. It's not just me! It's a scam to get your information.

Hi Jason, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience has been so frustrating. This is certainly not the experience we want any of our customers to have. We'd really appreciate the opportunity to look into your concerns and help resolve them. If you've been charged for a subscription that you weren't expecting, we'd be happy to review your order and investigate what happened. Our goal is always to ensure every customer is treated fairly and that any billing concerns are resolved as quickly as possible. Regarding the wired fountain, it includes a USB power cable but not a wall adapter. Because we ship to customers around the world, plug types vary by country, so we've chosen to include a universal USB cable that works with standard USB wall adapters. In most cases, the same adapter used for a phone or other USB-powered device will work perfectly. We're also sorry to hear that you haven't received the level of support you expected. That's never the experience we aim to provide. If you could please email us at [email protected] with your full name and order number, we'll personally prioritize your case, review your return request, and work with you toward a resolution. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and hope we'll have the opportunity to make this right. -The Selene Team

My Girl is very comfortable with the system. I am a little worried about the sensor unit. It seems to work even when I show up across the kitchen. Is there

Response from Get Selene· Jul 11, 2026
Hi Randall, Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We're so happy to hear that your girl has settled in comfortably with her Selene fountain. That's always wonderful to hear! Regarding the sensor, what you're describing can be completely normal. The motion sensor is designed to detect movement within its detection range, so it may activate even when someone walks by from across the kitchen, depending on the layout of the room and where the fountain is placed. If you have any questions about the sensor or would like help checking that it's working as intended, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number. We'll be more than happy to assist. We appreciate you choosing Selene, and we hope your girl continues to enjoy her fountain for years to come! -The Selene Team
If you want to buy it, buy from Amazon. No hassle refunds! Refunds are sent to China on your dime. Their return process is anything but HassleFree.

Do NOT buy. I did finally get the product but the 365 day return is a total scam. IF you want to return, you are paying to ship it ALL the WAY back to freaking CHINA! So it is a minimun of $50! Ridiculous and false advertising on their website. I would NOT order this product. There are also fake Veterinarians on FB talking about it. And they have fake followers etc.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand that international return shipping costs can be frustrating, and we're sorry this came as a disappointment. As outlined in our refund policy, eligible returns are sent to our international fulfillment and return center, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our 365-Day Guarantee is intended to give pet parents plenty of time to try the fountain and decide whether it's the right fit for their dog. Whenever possible, our support team also works closely with customers to explore alternative solutions before a return is necessary. We appreciate you sharing your concerns, as feedback like yours helps us continue improving both our customer experience and how we communicate our policies. If there's anything we can still do to help with your order, we'd be grateful for the opportunity to assist. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]. -The Selene Team
