German with LauraReviews of germanwithlaura.com

I'm in the early stages of Laura's Foundations Program, but already she's helped clear up any frustrations I had previously regarding the gender of nouns. Now, looking ahead, I can see how this is going to tie together.

This course is great. I love the self paced system. Each lesson is doable in 15-20 minutes so you can do one at a time or do several when you have more time available. Everything is clear and well explained. I am only about 20% through my course and I feel like I have learned a lot already. Laura is a great teacher.

It is early days for me with the course but with some clever tricks, know how to recognise lots of Masculine , feminine and neuter words already.

Perhaps the biggest challenge students of German face is getting to a firm understanding of the case system and of declensions. You will not find a better way of learning this than Laura's Foundations 1 course. I can't imagine that any serious student of German would regret buying this course.

If you only take one program or course to learn German, make it Laura's Grammar course. Almost anything else you can find online or via apps, such as YouTube videos, etc., but the Grammar is essential for understanding and speaking German. Laura's program simplifies what can otherwise be overwhelming and complicated.

I have been using other apps to learn German like a parrot, never understanding the why and the wherefore of the grammar rules. After two lessons in the paid course of German With Laura, I already have answers to questions I have been puzzling out for years. Great value for money!

Brilliant. A great way to learn the fundamentals of the German language, it has really helped me. Laura makes learning enjoyable, the material is well structured, and there are lots of exercises.

I am ine of those people that has to understand why before I can learn a subject. This course goes into great detail as to why and not just how. I find this is a much deeper level of learning and provides a solid foundation that I can use to build and expand upon in my quest for German mastery.
