Love being able to watch my German channels here in the US. I subscribed the Premium Channel and had it for 1 month now. So far, I am very happy and makes me feel like I am back in Germany. The selection is awesome. Customer Service is also great. A big 👍 up.

Hunter, thank you for the review! This is a top reward for our hard work!
Bella app è un peccato si debba pagare tanto per continuare a vedere i canali tedeschi, sopratutto quelli normali. Consiglio comunque chi è amante del tedesco di scaricare app e godersi un po di tv tedesca

Aaron, thank you for the review! This is a top reward for us!
I am German, but living in the states. For me it’s worth to pay the amount of the premium service. I love the time shift, to go back in time, or to choose from movies. Back in Germany I definitely paid more for TV without all those features. Issues that I addressed to the messenger, have always been answered patiently. There were sometimes a few technical issues, sometimes caused by myself or errors from the program, but they always have been solved.

Kay, thank you for the review! We appreciate it!
Good service. Occasionally problems with accessing service but nothing major that was not resolved by team at German TV Company. As mentioned in other reviews, the price is high for what you get and the payment methods are very dated.

Gina, thank you for the review! You can choose different cheaper packages. As for the payment methods, we are working on expanding them.
We enjoy to have a big variety of german tv. It is for sure worth to try . They also have a good costumer service if you need help with any thing. The only down side it is a little Pricey.

Stefanie, thank you for the review! We're providing one of the most stable and quality service. You can enjoy movies library, a lot of channels, also we have 14 days archive and you can watch up to 3 devices simultaneously! If it is a little pricey you can choose a cheaper package.
Used to be the best company with the best service . I was a loyal member for 3 years and always paid for the yearly subscription . Now I cancelled and will never get the subscription again . 6 months ago they stopped their amazing streams . Now all the channels are very low quality and so pixelated . Every time I spoke to them they said we are working on getting the HD channels back which never happened in 6 months . I moved on and just want to tell people that the quality of channels is horrible and the service is not reliable anymore with a lot of issues . I recommend to people to get the channels with other providers or for free online and save 300 $ us a year

Mehdi, we appreciate your feedback! We have many HD channels in our Premium package and we keep adding new channels constantly (during the last 6 months as well). For any channel that our customers would like to see in our list, we are registering those requests and notifying them as soon as the channels are added. We are also providing far more channels than other online providers can offer and our service is a lot easier and convenient to use anytime and anywhere.
