I own several Gerber knives. From folders to fixed blades, I have never had an issue with any of them. I have never had to use customer service, so I cannot give any information on them. Shipping has always been prompt, the packaging has been great, and the quality of their products has been wonderful.

Great gear their knives hold a pretty good edge and they are a good price.

I'm a realist, so I seldom believe in "Lifetime Warranties". I broke the file blade on my "always-carry" Gerber Multi-tool. My fault - misuse. I emailed asking to purchase a new blade. Their return email asked for more details on my particular model. In ten days a new knife appeared. NICE !

The products arrived as is and were very amazing quality. Will definitely come back and do business with them in the future.
