First of all, These are very nice towels, but over priced. My issue is the fact that they try to say that you get rewards for the money you spend, and bait you with that reward days after the (90 day) reward expires! This has happened several times to me, but I didn’t realize it until today! I’ve spent over 1K on these products (mainly gifts)in the past 9 months, and haven’t received any perk whatsoever!! Seems like a bait and switch to me. In fact, it really does look that way. Thankfully, I have proof with account snapshots. I sent them 2 emails, and I’m waiting for a reply that I’m likely not going to get, based on past reviews. What’s so funny, is the fact that so many of the product review sites claim that this company is over 4.8 stars! Apparently none of those reviewers have ever tried using their “rewards”? I’m guess I’m the only goof who buys them for a “go to” gift. Ugh.

I have had two lousy experiences with this company. The latest one is with regard to their recycling program. They sell you a $20 bag and promise to give you a $30 credit when you send in the bag with old towels. They provide you a barcode (via a third party) to send the bag in. The third party provides instructions to send the bag via Fed Ex using the bar code they provide. Fed Ex does not recognize the bar code. Then geometry support email says, no, you need to use UPS. So I go to UPS and they don't recognize the bar code either. Ridiculous. Now the company won't respond to me.

I took advantage of their sale and ordered some towels. The website said it would take 3-5 days to ship. After a week, I emailed support, only to get a response from an automated support who then forwarded my info to a specialist . *crickets* I saw on social media that other people hadn’t received it as well. I commented on their social media and reached out again. After that, did I get an email that my order was shipped. The towels themselves are cute, but it was quite a hassle to receive them. I don’t plan on ordering from them again.

I accidentally didn’t order enough napkins for my wedding day, and customer service was AMAZING and shipped me a new package for free when they saw my re-up package wasn’t going to arrive in time. I really appreciated them helping to relieve some wedding stress! Five stars for customer service and cute napkins!

I ordered 4 dish towels, 3 sets of dish cloths, and a dog towel. So, not cheap. The package arrived and I am missing 3 out of 4 of the dish towels. I sent a picture and then I washed the other towels and broke down the box. Now they are telling me I need more proof. How does one prove that I did not get the items?? I feel so cheated and frustrated. Do NOT trust this company. The are not honest.

Outstanding company! Prompt and cheerful customer service!! Quality products, I was gifted a tea towel for Christmas & have since purchased another. As advertised are super absorbent, wash beautifully & have gorgeous designs. I love the feel of them and especially love that they’re made from recycled plastic bottles & are anti- microbial. Pricier than typical kitchen towels but I’ll only purchase them ongoing for myself & as gifts.

I’ve placed two orders with Geometry over the last few months and have been more than satisfied. Orders shipped earlier than communicated and the products are top notch, in my opinion. They ARE a bit on the pricy side, but I have no regrets and plan to make another order soon!

Geometry towels are the highest quality and so soft. The Yoga towel is a game changer. I recently needed customer service help and they responded quickly, were so helpful and kind. I can’t recommend this brand enough. I think this Christmas everyone will be getting towels from me!
