I had an issue with subscription which was addressed by Geologie team (Andy and Shawn)....it did take some time but they continued to work with me until the issue was fully resolved....I really like that they stayed with me till we worked through the issue...Thank you Team Geologie, way to go!!

What made my experience great is the customer service and how nice everyone was. Every single employee was extremely caring and extremely helpful. I will most definitely continue to shop here in the future!

Solid products good customer service. Just wish it were cheaper and their rewards program is kinda misleading. I tried redeeming 400 points for their gel moisturizer only to be told I could totally get my free bottle of gel moisturizer with any $55+ order

Noticed a difference within a month of using their product

I requested my subscription was canceled 5 times over email. They wouldn't do it. I tried to do it on the website but it blocked me from canelling and told me to email the customer service. I set the scheduled time for 90 days between shipments but I got one at the end of the month still automatically charged and taken out of my bank. I try to cancel the shipment but Geolgoie don't allow you to do that either. The products they sent felt good at first but after 2/3 days I my skin was becoming very sore, flakey and dry. I stopped using the products and the issue went away. I am shocked by the aweful customer service, I know subscription services struggle to keep people but Geolgoie have taken the approach of now allowing you to back out at all and just taking the money from you. I am contesting this with PayPal. Update: they have ignored my emails to the general support email and the person I was previously speaking to over email. But they requested my order information off of the trust piolet review, despite this I still haven't heard back. I have tried there online chat bot but all that does is ask for an email and you cannot talk to a person.

Appreciate your review, Kyle, and sorry to hear about your experience. It looks like our CSM was able to get you taken care of on Monday, the same day you followed up with us, left this review and we were able to confirm your account details. We ask that customers trial out our initial skincare regimen for a minimum of 21 days before canceling so that they can give the products an opportunity to show results on their skin prior to the end of the full 28-day trial. Customers can still cancel prior to the end of the minimum 21 days if they agree to pay the full cost for their trial order, though, if discounts were applied to it. Once a regularly scheduled full-size order processes and ships, our team cannot guarantee its cancellation, as all member orders are prepared in advance to ship for customers on the same day they process as a subscriber guarantee. Our CSM was also happy to share additional info with you on skincare transition periods, which usually can include new breakouts or some retinol-based irritation and dryness as your skin gets accustomed to a new regimen's active ingredients. This usually passes quickly and our team is always happy to help share additional info on how to best work through that, as well as make any regimen adjustments that might be better suited for a customer's skin. Simply slowing down by spacing out application of the retinol night cream to every other night or once every three nights can help a lot here if there's any initial irritation experienced. Hopefully the resolution our team was able to provide you with helps, and we're always happy to help if you need to follow up on our email thread about anything else, Kyle.
Geologie was exceptionally good. I received my trial kit with 3 items and I started using it and noticed change in 2 weeks on my nose filled with blackheads. My minor pimples starting clearing as well. I'm so glad I spent what I spent on Geologie because it was very much worth it.

Signed up for a trial sample after a trusted Facebook group shared they had the trial and only had to pay shipping. Signed up, got the email, received the product, all is good. Tried the product, broke out in a itchy hive I'm talking red, sand paper itchiness where I itched until I bruised. Tossed it in the trash and forgot about it. Welp sleep deprived mom here and apparently I agreed to a membership. No biggie usually you can cancel them and you get reminders. Nope not this company.. not a single email they just charge my account. I message and ask to cancel the order immediately after the charge. Meanwhile I get on and stop the subscription. Then I get an email that says sorry your shipment is already on the way. What kind of company prepares a product before payment? Also online doesn't even show an upcoming shipment either Policies says no refunds, no returns. Perfect, there goes $149.25. This is the worst company / customer service I have ever experienced. Why would you stick someone with a product they can't use? Plus every subscription I've ever signed up for reminds you. This company completely drops the ball all around. Day later no shipment information, but they've got my money and I'm waiting for a box of crap to throw in the trash.

Thanks for your review, Chelsea. Our support team's been happy to assist via our email thread and can share a little more information on our memberships and trial transition periods here. Some adverse reactions when starting a new regimen are not uncommon. Dermatologists call this the "transition period" because your skin is now being exposed to new, active stimuli from the ingredients, and some redness, itchiness or new breakouts are some of the most common reactions during this period. The good news is that this passes. There are a number of reasons why we offer a month-long trial, but one of them is because 3-4 weeks is really the minimum amount of time needed to adjust to a new regimen. Our support team of experienced skin care professionals are always happy to lend a hand by providing advice on application adjustments or formula tweaks if there are potentially other products in our arsenal better suited or your skin's needs. We unfortunately didn't hear from you over the course of your trial period about these reactions, but we're happy to work with you now to see how we can get your skin back on track. Our team communicates membership details transparently in a few different places before, during and after purchase of any personalized trial that entails a membership for recurring orders. Membership preferences can also be adjusted at any time from the account portal if customers need to update the products included in their regimen, their next order date, or cancel outright. Our support team can also lend a hand with these changes when contacted ahead of a new order processing, however, once a regularly scheduled regimen order begins processing, we cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made, as all of our member orders are prepped in advance to ship the same day they process as a guarantee for our subscribers.
