The product itself is very good and easy to follow, no extras and nothing ingredient wise to be worried about. The customer service is amazing as well and understanding. Do yourself a favor and give them a try.

I've signed up for trial run and automatically was signed up for the recurring order. I've been waiting for almost 2 months for the order and it never arrived. During this time I contacted support saying that something is wrong, they replied with something like no no no it's ok check the tracking number. Asking for a refund because i didn't feel comfortable waiting on skincare products for this long I was told to wait another 10 business days from the last update on the tracking number ( the update didn't contain any information on where the product is located) . Finally a guy replied saying that he issued a refund, after a week didn't received the refund or confirmation on that refund. Today a guy from geologie contacted me and said hey your order seems to have issues we will reship the products because they might be lost, replied and explained that I should receive the refund but it seems the other guy was mocking me. As for the products quality, well it doesn't matter if the service is this bad

Hi Dan, Thanks for your review, and apologies for the delays in shipping you encountered with this order. We've been facing longer transit times on international orders due to the effects of COVID, and our customary response here is to ask customers to wait a few days for an update to tracking information, as those do generally take a little longer when shipping abroad. We are still a relatively small business and face greater hurdles than Amazon or other big box retailers do in this department, but we are committed to finding solutions for our customers during these difficult times. We initiated a refund for you last week on the order, but those do take a few business days to process. You should see the funds route back to your original method of payment shortly, and your bank can assist you further if that is not resolved soon. And lastly, apologies for the crossed wires. There were two separate lines of inquiry active with different representatives assisting you on each. Typically we try to merge those conversations for consistency, clarity, and ease, and we're sorry that that was not accomplished here. Above all, though, I assure you that at no point were you being mocked. Not sure what you're referring to there, as we've fostered a lot of really great relationships with our customers by engaging in personal and genuine conversations.
I thought I just signed up for the trial, which itself took forever to get here (which is unacceptable imo when you are paying such a premium). Then all of a sudden one day I see a charge of almost 240 CAD (initial trial was about 65 CAD), saying it was for my second shipment, which I never wanted and I don't remember setting up a recurring order. Seems like the website is set up to hide such important details. Also their website is designed in a way to make it incredibly hard to contact them, they make you sign up for another service just to contact them when you click on the contact email address provided on their page and it doesn't even work, asks for stuff like your outgoing server and when I finally tried sending a message, it said it failed. Why not just have a simple contact email that actually works? They just seem like a business involved in shady practices instead of being forthcoming with their customers. Looking at a previous review I doubt they will contact me back unless I put a bad public review. I hate companies like this who make you jump through so many hoops just to contact customer service. Would advice to avoid unless you want to get ripped off. Also apparently you get incentives for good reviews (according to the review by Adam Cecil), so would take them with a grain of salt. As for the product itself, haven't had the chance to use it long enough simply cause it took so long to get here (think about 3 weeks), but the face wash feels no better than cetaphil.

Hey Sadnan, I know we already responded to your email from the other week, but we wanted to take a moment to follow up here publicly to address a few points for our other customers. Your subscription begins when you start the trial (and we work to make that very clear at many points along the way, including during your diagnostic, at checkout, and as your first 90-day subscription order approaches). We have zero interest in charging or shipping anything our customers don't want. It doesn't benefit us or them. Furthermore, you don't have to move forward with your subscription and can cancel at anytime. We have lots of customers that choose to just order products a la carte on an as-needed basis after their trial ends. For customer support outreach, you can click on the Customer Service header from our site's toolbar, which launches a mail-to client (Mail on Mac, for example) for you to quickly send us an inquiry. We also visibly display our customer support email address across the banner of our FAQ page. It's huge. You can't miss it. We love interacting with our customers and helping them dial in their regimen, and have had a lot of fulfilling conversations the deeper we've gotten into an email thread. And finally, as publicly addressed in response to Adam's review, we don't pay for reviews. Period. We offer rewards points for things like sharing on social media, completing surveys, or leaving a review. And to be transparent and fair, 1-star reviews receive the same amount of points that 5-star reviews do. If a low-star review proves informative for the rest of our customers, we'll publish it.
Without a doubt, Geologie products have been some of the best facial products for men. Everything from the facial wash to the morning cream and to the nightly routine. Your skin is feeling hydrated and moisturized throughout the day. It helps clear up blemishes and brightens up your skin. After a solid month of use, the skin is smoother, younger looking, and so much better than before! I highly recommend their products!

I just started using these products but after just a few days I can already tell a difference from the previous LUMINous products I had used for months. Geologie meets the demands of my skin and so far I couldn’t be happier with my decision in choosing Geologie.

To be honest, I was skeptical at first, but once I got the products and started using them, within a week, I've seen results. My skin now feels less oily and so I feel like I have less white heads and my skin's texture is smoother. My favourite is the Vital Morning face cream. It feels light and it does a great job regulating my skin throughout the day. Overall, I happily recommend Geologie!

Their line of face products has been a great experience for me. It has helped to reduce any itchy feeling or dryness that I was used to prior to using their products. It has made a difference with reducing small breakouts and reducing any dryness, keeping my skin feeling fresh.

Geologie is an amazing company with great products. Not only are the actual products super great, but the company itself is amazing. Their team works really hard to personalize your products to you and they make sure to check in with you to see how you're doing. They have great people and great products!
