Do not use this carrier, bought a phone from them, worked for a month and then they told me it was transfered to another carrier.. This company is a SCAM!!!

I very much regret that I used the services of this unscrupulous operator. They turned off my SIM card three times for some unknown reason and two of my payments were not credited to my SIM card. very problematic network, I don’t recommend it

Don’t deal with them. I pay $51.00 a month for unlimited data. They have cut my data off and when I called I was told I had used a unreasonable amount of data and would have to purchase more data. I was puzzled and said I have unlimited data I was told to read the terms and conditions I said, but I have unlimited data and was told again that I’m using a unreasonable amount of data. Unlimited is unlimited these people are crooks and criminals don’t deal with them and report them for fraud.

Rude, constantly dealing with my phone being hacked, turned off, told my number "doesn't exist", getting hung up on when I call to report issues, been dealing with this company for years, I can't stand gen mobile

Complete FRAUD!!! Your services will work for a couple months after that your internet will completely stop working. If you call in for help they will tell you to reset your data. DONT DO IT!!! Because after that your account will be flagged monthly for over usage and they will not refund you ANYTHING even once they promise you they will AND give you a confirmation number

Jen mobile kept me on the phone gave me false information. I never used the phone I just wanted to return it. They will cancel the service but make you keep a phone that they claim as free. Nothing is for free. They use your information.

ABOUT TWO MONTHS AGO, I WAS GOING INTO THE MARKET TO GET A FEW ITEMS AND WAS APPROACHED BY A YOUNG LADYTHAT ASKED IF I WAS INTERESTED IN A FREE PHONE. I QUALIFIED AND HAD TO PAY $80 ACTIVATION FEE. THE YOUNG LADY TOLD ME THAT IF MY PHONE WAS LOST, STOLEN OR DROPPED AND THE SCREEN CRACKED, THAT I COULD GET A NEW PHONE. PROBLEM ONE: MOBILE DATA DOESN'T WORK! THE DAY AFTER I GOT THE PHONE I ATTEMPTED TO SEND SOME PHOTOS TO A FRIEND, THE PHOTOS DIDN'T GO THRU. A FRIEND TRIED TO SEND ME A PHOTO AND IT JUST KEPT SAYING DOWNLOADING BUT NEVER CAME THRU. I CALLED CUSTOMERR SERVICE AND DID EVERYTHING THAT THEY TOLD ME TO DO AND MY MULTIMEDIA STILL DOESN'T WORK. I CALLED ABOUT MULTIMEDIA AT 3 TIMES AND I'M STILL NOT ABLE TO SEND OR RECEIVE PHOTOS. PROBLEM TWO: AFTER HAVING THE PHONE FOR 30 DAYS, I DROPPED MY PHONE AND CRACKED THE SCREEN. THINKING THAT I WOULD GET A NEW PHONE (BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THE REP HAD TOLD ME) I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT GETTING A NEW PHONE AND WAS TOLD THAT ONLY IN THE FIRST 30 DAYS BUT I HAD HAD THE PHONE FOR 35 DAYS AND WAS NOT QUALIFIED TO GET A NEW PHONE. WORST PHONE SERVICE EVER.
