It's time to unveiling the curtain.
It's time to unveiling the curtain. It's all bait and .... Then will charge you every other week a $20 .ones you give card they charge as they pleased .Free phone is truly unworthy if you need for work or looking for one . Custom service is all about an aggressive up selling.

Will NEVER use again
Will NEVER use again. I have had this service for two months now and I dont get service ANYWHERE I go. Then phone was total trash (as expected coming from a government phone). I am in the process of leaving an abusive relationship and I had to leave all of my stuff behind at his house when I escaped, I had to contact Gen Mobile for a replacement SIM card, just the card, not the phone. The man kept asking me what my phone number and email address was so I can get a verification code, when I KEPT explaining to him that I can give him the information but not the code number due to my situation, he just kept telling me all I had to do was get into my phone and tell him what the code was. Then he said an alternative way was to get something in the mail with my pin on it that apparently was wrong, and when I gave him the address I've lived at for 31 years, he told me THAT was also incorrect. I will never go to this company again and I recommend you don't either.

Response from Gen Mobile· Jul 22, 2026
Hi Mr. Vaughn, thanks for reaching out. We're sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand how frustrating it is to deal with a stolen package. Gen Mobile does not cover lost or stolen equipment once delivered, but we apologize for any frustration caused during your call with our team. While we cannot replace stolen devices for free, we can look into replacement options or help you set up a new SIM card for a phone you already own. Please give us a call at 1-833-528-1380 or chat with us at genmobile.com, so we can look into this further for you.
