The best service I have had in a long time well done

It wasn't clear to me at the time of ordering that the DualGlow Edge Lamp would be shipped from Hong Kong (I am in the UK) so it was taking a bit longer than I anticipated to arrive. Once it did though, everything else has been perfect. From the packaging to the build quality to the controls and the amount of light it casts. I hope it will have a really long lifespan because I have no idea whether the light sources are replaceable but so far I am thrilled with it!

Quick to find. Desk works great. Easy to store out of way. Great not strain neck.

UPDATED review One of the lamp joints snapped in half as I was installing it, so the quality's not great That being said, they issued a refund for the product

the return policy is very unclear. They say "send it back", but don't provide an address. You can only email them. No phone number is provided. They say they deduct the shipping cost, but then say they recommend you use a shipping service that with a tracking number for orders over $75. I am still waiting for them to respond to my email for instructions on how to return my item.

Great service, delivered quickly, and product was exactly as promised. It is a light, easy-to-use desk space and I am thrilled with it!
