Expensive but Reliable
Product is unreasonably expensive for an after market replacement part but it is of good quality and works as it should.

The item that you ordered is a specialty item that is no longer in production by the OEM. The manufacturer dictates the price not us.

I order twice
I order twice. One from ebay and other from Genesys site. They forgot to send my second order to me. I got hold of the warehouse guy. He appoligize and ship it to me the next day. Mistake happens. No big deal. I was great he responded so quick

I needed a power adapter but did not know exactly what I needed. Genesys had just what I needed. Shipping was quick. People were knowledgeable and very helpful.
