very happy with the service. the product was very good and excellent customer support.

First-time order. Quick email response solved a problem on my end placing order fixed. Good price and easy payment. Shipping cost is too HIGH, but fast delivery and easy tracking. Order came in 10-days from Asia to USA, faster than expected. Hopefully all this continues on future orders.
