Gemiini has been nothing short of miraculous for my family. My sister couldn't talk and would just scream all day. It made going to dinner or doing anywhere impossible as a family. I wanted to let people know that Gemiini has not only helped my sister, but enabled my entire family to feel "normal" again. Now she can just tell us what she wants and doesn't have to scream.

! Avoid avoid avoid ! I submitted subscription cancellation request before the end of 7 days free trail so that it won’t charge me monthly fee. The message on the screen displayed - “You will receive a confirmation email from an agent within 1 business day’’. But, it has been 5 days and no response yet and it has charged me the monthly fee already. I submitted cancellation request multiple times, same message displayed as above but still no response from the team. Really disappointed.

Hi Dil Lawati, We sincerely apologize for the frustration you’ve experienced with your cancellation request. This is not the experience we want for our users, and we truly appreciate your patience. We have escalated this to the relevant team and will work to resolve it as soon as possible. If you were charged after submitting your request within the trial period, we’d be happy to review it and assist with a refund. Your feedback is important to us, and we’re working to improve our process to prevent this in the future. Best regards, The Gemiini Team
I love the Gemiini System as well as the Mobile App. It is indeed very useful for my daughter as guide to create sentences. The customer service to called to assist me qs a new user was very helpful. Shared inputs as well.

Cancelled our subscription in Jan, they confirm via email that my subscription would be cancelled but have gone on to take payment in Feb. Brad Brower hasn't responded to my emails since we cancelled the subscription. Very unethical company, taking advantage of families needing support. Update: In response to your reply, I have emailed support a number of times since Jan and nobody responds. 16th Jan 10th Feb 20th Feb 3rd March I have a ticket number aswell. Response to your latest update: Your email clearly states - “if we do not hear from you before the next billing date we will cancel the subscription to avoid any further charges.” This implies you are not waiting on confirmation from me. Also why have you not responded to the emails I sent on: 16th Jan 10th Feb 20th Feb 3rd March Why do you not send out monthly payment notifications or invoices? You haven’t refunded me for February, I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. You are a compulsive liar Bradley Brower.

I appreciate the follow up calls that Gemiini system does with each user....it shows that they are interested in improving the lives of each child and are open to recieve feedback on how to improve Gemiini system. Secondly, the videos are well explained with videos, matching the words and are slow paced for the children.
