Awesome mini computer
I was looking for a computer that wouldn't take up much space in my little home office. The minis made by GEEKOM are the best. They are very compact and fast, also have large storage for photos and documents. The response to questions are very timely as well. I will purchase another when this one is outdated. Thanks GEEKOM for a great product.

My Geekom mini pc died
My Geekom mini pc died after about 9 months. I email their support explaining the issue - no power. They replied next day asking for picture of internals which identified a burnt out section of the main board Despite the pc being 9 months old they asked me to return the pc and sent me a new one. Overall I was impressed with their polit eness and efforts to resolve the problem as quickly as possible

First rate kit and customer support
The kit they supply is first rate. But even better is the excellent customer support I experienced this time. A paperwork issue was resolved in 3 days, and I think it would have been quicker if I hadn't missed an email they sent me! Keep it up!

Geekom respects they customers
I had my GT13 i7 computer damaged, and problem got even worse, because I live in Brazil. Dispite all the barries, the atendent (his name is Peter) was very nice and professional, replying the messages with no delay and working on solutions in a very effective way. On the other side, the Geekon gave him the support he needed to solve my problem, offering a new Gt13 i9 in place of my original Gt13 i7, due to a stock issue. I'm realy satisfied with the good work you all did. Thanks a lot.
