I ordered my veteran father a specific hoodie from Gearvet because he saw it and wanted it so badly for his birthday. He was SO excited when it arrived, he called me telling me he loved it however he needs to go a size up. He said he gives Gearvet 5 stars in every category. 5 stars for making such a cool hoodie, for having wonderful customer service (which is HUGE these days) and for supporting veterans with this apparel. I had no problems with customer service after reaching out about an exchange, they were very helpful and I am grateful. Thank you Gearvet for putting a smile on my dads face and making his birthday special!

I am updating my review. I recently purchased a hoodie and a bomber jacket. They are both made of quality materials. After further research, I have discovered that the majority of their products are made in the United States, but have to rely on some parts from China. I will continue to purchase from them. The day that they're completely made in America is when I'll update my review from a 4 to 5 star. Their customer service was great. Sincerely, Kenneth

I made a mistake on my original order - I emailed them and they responded within 24 hours. They would fix my error and send me what I was supposed to order. However, there was a mix-up in what was sent. No worries though - they are correcting and sending me the correct item. These are Christmas presents, so time is not an issue. Great company! Thank you for responding in a timely manner and correcting my error. Great quality, professional, great all around. Thank you!
