I love my army jacket. This jacket is very well made, comfortable and very well made. I get so many compliments on it. Everyone ask where I get it from. My fiance bought one after he saw mines. Now we have matching jackets when we go out.

Ordered a personalized U.S. flag personalized with my step-son's military history late 4th quarter 2024. The flag arrived within several weeks, but lacked some of the military history I requested. I notified the supplier who authorized a replacement flag with the requested data and no additional cost. The replacement flag has been delivered and we're very pleased with the way it looks. In addition, I did not have to return the initial flag. Great service!

I ordered a Air Force jacket. I made a mistake with ordering. They have been extremely helpful in taking care of getting the right size. The jacket is beautiful and very bright. My veteran will be so excited to wear it. Great company to work with.

UPDATE: Company apologized for inconvenience and agreed to ship replacement for jacket which showed as delivered but I never received. I received package today. My husband is very happy with the jacket. He said it is very warm and the sleeves are nice and long - many times jacket sleeves just don't seem to be quite long enough. There is an inside pocket which is very convenient. We are satisfied with the quality of the jacket and, despite the initial response from the vendor when we hadn't received our order, would consider purchasing from this company again. Follow up to prior review: After review & claim filed with PayPal, seller said they were sorry for the inconvenience and would replace the jacket which I never received. I am currently waiting to receive notification that they have shipped. Hopefully it will be delivered to correct address this time. I will update review once I receive merchandise and will add a few more stars to review. Trusting that seller will actually do as promised.

I had ordered a hat for my Navy husband and unfortunately it was not his style. I contacted the company and they were extremely helpful and receptive! They produced a different option and very quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be ordering from this company again!
