When an order is placed, we send a confirmation email with the item details for verification to ensure everything is correct before printing. In this case, the item was printed as it was ordered, which is why we’re unable to issue a refund. Unfortunately because your order is disputed, the funds are withheld by your payment institution until the issue is resolved. Please follow up with them about the status of your dispute.
