The order for my slouch bag arrived in time for Christmas, was exactly what I was expecting it to be, and my granddaughter loves it. I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the item and appreciated good feedback from my questions at customer service.

Shipping took quite awhile but we also had a bit of a snow storm that probably delayed the package so definitely not their fault. The gloves are very nice, very warm and I can actually move my fingers in them and use my phone! Definitely measure your hands to get the best fitting gloves!

I finally received the product some three weeks later. I tried it and it is NOT what they say it is. Also just saw a double charge on my PayPal account. They put it as a recurring payment!!! So be warned! They're are thieves, period.

The same thing happen I was just charged a subscription fee and never remember signing up for that beware

I ordered a rechargeable coffee mug warmer. Great description! I was sent a regular coffee mug warmer with a cord. NOT rechargeable. I was told I would need to pay the return charges, or they would give me a 50% refund and I keep the wrong product. Such a waste! Not happy!
