It’s a big scam don’t fall for that

I think I made a mistake when I did a withdrawal,before reading policy that I only can make withdrawal to the same account which I had made the investment from. However, I had made a withdrawal to a different account, and ever since that happened; I haven't received any money to my account. I still have access to my account in the galaxy where I access the history and see the fund I withdrawn was there with the time and date. I don't understand I'm puzzle because I still have access to the staking and investment but the withdrawal is not supported. Need help.
