Never use Gavanci
Someone asked me to do an online order for them. The product was displayed as costing $72 initially. A month later they took another $70. When i checked the App this time the same product was stated to be worth $142 with a free item that had already been delivered a month before after i paid the initial $72. So i am thinking why was it $72 last month and a $142 this month. So the free item wasnt free afterall. So i let that go. Then the following month again i was deducted another $72 for another dose of the product (which this time i didnt order for anyone). I found out later that it was a subscription, which if I knew it was in the first place, I wouldnt have ordered. I tried to cancel that so called 3rd order, but they refused me because the items were already in transit. I rang the bank to stop my card so they wouldnt continue taking my money in the future without my permission. Not very good in the way they advertise. They need to be clearer on what is a subscription and what is a one time purchase is. I felt cheated and will never ever use them again period!!!!

Hi Joe, We're sorry to hear you were left feeling this way, and we'd like to clear up what happened. Your August order was placed with our Subscribe & Save option, which sits right next to the One-time purchase option on the product page. Before the order is completed, the checkout page also states that the product renews and is charged monthly until cancelled. Right after your purchase you received an email confirming you were enrolled in the subscription, and we also sent a reminder email the day before each renewal in September and October so there would be no surprises. The higher price you saw is the regular price shown crossed out next to the bundle, not what you were charged. All of your orders were billed at the same discounted subscription rate, and the bonus items in your first order were genuinely free. Your cancellation request reached us on 9 October, the day after the October order had already been processed and shipped, which is why we couldn't stop it. Your subscription is now fully cancelled and you won't be charged again. We understand this wasn't the experience you expected. We are sorry! The Gavanci Team
