Gator PackagingReviews of gatorpackaging.com

I love how prompt and helpful Daniel was in helping me get some samples for my cookies! Great customer service.

Frank has been a wonderful sales associate to work with over the last few months. I have no experience ordering this type of packaging and he helped me select the exact bakery box my company needed. Not only did he follow the order closely and provide email updates every step of the way but he also called me personally to ensure I felt confident about the order and approval process before and after providing payment. After the immediate success of our first round of boxes, I was able to reach out and re-order with ease even in light of the holiday season which was a true blessing! In addition to that he let me know about special offers and discounts that we could receive for ordering additional boxes which we were happy to accept. The ease and reliability of the ordering process would have not been possible without his excellent customer service skills. Wolf's Ridge Brewing, located in Columbus Ohio, is proud to showcase our products in these boxes and will continue to support Gator packaging knowing we have Frank as a resource. Thank you!

Excellent service, I recommend it 100%, Frank is always willing to help and give you the best option. I love the service they provide

Good service, top quality

I spent a lot of time looking for a trustworthy box and packaging company for my product. After reading a lot of good reviews about Gator Packaging on google, I decided to contact them for more information. Eric was in charge of my account, and he got me the best price compared to other packaging companies. But most importantly, I had the BEST experience working with them. Eric is patient with my customize needs and is willing to help all of my requests. Thanks so much to Eric, he is efficient and professional. They have a great designer team to help me with customizing my product. Also, their live chat box made them super accessible. I had the best working experience with Eric and his team, I will definitely keep a long term working relationship with Gator packaging in the future. They give me a great price, great service, and they are great people.

My experience with Gator Packaging was wonderful! When I first reached out to this company, I was speaking with Eric. After explaining the product that I was looking for, Eric knew exactly what I needed. He guided me through the entire process. It made what I thought would be complicated, a seamless process. Eric and team work closely together. Even though my primary contact was Eric; when he wasn't available, Frank jumped in to assist. I would definitely use their service again. You can clearly see their drive in the business is professionalism and service while providing a great product. Thanks team~
