After hours and hours of back and forth talking with different members of the team about the service I ordered, finally, it all came to a close. I received a refund for what I had bought and even though I didn't get the service, that I had hoped for I was thrilled by the honesty of Cameron and his kindness and devotion towards the business. I think with a small team I definitely wish to pay for the XB1 MW services, obviously due to massive delays and missed hopes hopefully a cheeky discount would be nice, I kid.... Unless?

They definitely mean business. Yes they are very much legitimate, though I would suggest some patience with their communication it is a very professional and well handled business. Due to their small number of staff members they take a little while to update each customer. And it’s understandable because they have a LOT of customers and they clearly do their work meticulously, so props to you. The only thing I do suggest is that if you were to put a more public accessible service update feed for each one. Overall, indeed what they advertised. I’ll update when my order is completed. So far all good... They completed it, but it was clear that the COD services were receiving the best attention as in completion time n that pissed me off. —Alex J. Laboy
