Awesome experience overall! This was my first time ordering with Garmentory, I have been eyeing many items on the website for a long time, but I finally got the jacket of my dreams. The ordering process was easy and seamless. I love how you can find boutiques and small businesses all in one place. Shipping was fairly quick as well. Excited to order on this site again!!

Garmentory has been so good to me amidst shopping online + discovering new brands and clothing for my wardrobe. It's been really great to support small businesses via Garmentory – and be able to discover so many pieces that I like. When a certain business wasn't able to ship to me immediately, Garmentory made sure to also make things right on their behalf.

Truly such stellar customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size in a final sale item (completely my error), and Garmentory intervened to see if the boutique could swap it out for the correct size before the item shipped. They did so successfully, and now my order is en route, less than 24 hours later. I’m so impressed. Lesser companies wouldn’t have even tried to correct this type of issue, and Garmentory did so swiftly to make sure I got what I wanted. 5 stars!

Boutique was out of stock of the size I had originally bought, and I was able to easily fix my purchase to another size (of which I chose to do). Customer service was very friendly and helped me out quickly! I also love how quick it shipped, thank you!!

Garmentory has, hands-down, the best customer service! If there's ever a problem or mix-up, they make it right. Also, I love their curated collection of clothing, accessories, and shoes. It's my go-to place for the coolest sustainable fashion!
