Love all brands in one store

I would rate them less than 1 star if I could. I ordered a blouse. The shipment tracking was not updated for two weeks so I canceled the order before it shipped out. Garmentory’s customer service rep tried to discourage me from canceling the order and wait for the shipping to update, which is wrong on all accounts. My account was initially charged then credited back, after I cancelled the order. Three weeks later, the order shows up. Garmentory then informs me that they are going to recharge my account. By law, that is illegal since I canceled my order before it was shipped. As a ‘courtesy’ they said I could return the order within a week. However I am not at home so can’t ship it back by their return date. This is a shady, most disreputable company and I will never order from them again. Also, they have no customer service phone number, which is just bad business.

Easy site navigation, quick shipping from brand, good communication about order at all stages. Recommended!
