I have purchased all my steamers, Mag lamps, and towel cabbies from this company for the last 15 years. If things ever break ( which they rarely do) they have all the replacement parts needed to keep machines running and in tiptop order. Their customer service is also friendly and helpful.

We ordered a processor almost two weeks ago- and zero update on shipping, or when it could possibly be expected, nothing. That’s a lot of money to take and then give no update on where the product is, but send out “how did we do” surveys instead.

We are sorry about the shipment delays with your order. The Garfield - Factory Service Center had contacted you on 09/23/2021, same day of your order, to notify you of this delay. This item was something we had anticipated on having in-stock and ready to ship by now, but unfortunately, due to the port congestion (currently with over 70 cargo ships waiting) at the Long Beach port, we still do not have the item currently. We will contact you to confirm via email to confirm the cancellation of this order. Again, we apologize for the delay.
