The company advertises that it answers emails within 24 hours. This works for standard inquiries—which appear to be handled by AI—but as soon as a question becomes more complex, you have to wait a week for a reply. In my case, I bought a swim ring for €95. It was delivered almost exactly a year ago and was used only three times, for about an hour each time. Now, the swim ring has torn along the factory-made seam, despite having been used normally. After I filed a complaint, the first email I received stated that the item was no longer in stock and asked me to choose something else from their range, offering a discount on the replacement. I selected the same swim ring in a different (available) color and requested free shipping due to the manufacturing defect. This request was rejected, and they are no longer willing to offer a discount either. I haven't received any response from the company for a week now. I would advise against doing business with them.

Purchased a tree stand (retail cost £295 so I had high expectations) and it arrived with so many scratches and marks. I contacted customer services asking for an exchange and they said ‘The marks shown in your images are purely cosmetic and will not affect the durability, functionality, or lifespan of the tree stand in any way. Due to the individual nature of the manufacturing process, we unfortunately would not be able to provide an exchange that is entirely free from such marks.’ Nowhere on the website does it state this, or manage the purchasers expectations, I am extremely disappointed with the product and service. Do better Garden Glory!

Tack Garden Glory ❄️♥️

Kanonbra kundservice

If I could give a zero rating I would. Hose ruptured in less than a year and I accepted a replacement. The replacement product ruptured in less than TWO months and they refuse to provide a refund and even question the use of a hose. So unless you never use it and store it away, it is a useless and expensive product and the service is unacceptable. I will now have to take this further to get my money back.

I ordered a reindeer hose holderSeptember 12 and have yet to receive it!

Rekommenderas starkt!!
