The drive has a bad laser

They sent me a part that doesnt work, asked me to test it with a "multimeter" , not everyone has that, so i cant prove the part is faulty. Refunded me 12$ after i spent 31$ and they wont let me delete my account, ive tried in-store and emailing...

Sorry to hear about the trouble. We have not received any requests for account removal. Please reach out to our customer service department for those types of requests. We reference the "multimeter" in troubleshooting steps that we provide. If that is not an option, please feel free to start a return on the defective item. We guarantee our parts for a full 180 days.
