Hi Payam - Dylan here, owner of Game Room Shop. I'm sorry for the frustration and want to give you a direct update. Freight deliveries for large items require a scheduled appointment before delivery, and in this case, the main issue appears to have been difficulty reaching you due to an incorrect phone number on file with the carrier. Once we were made aware, we immediately escalated and provided the correct number to help move things forward. Your Triton Poker Table is on its way. A delivery appointment has been confirmed with TForce Freight for Monday, April 6th between 1:00–5:00 PM. The shipment is currently at their local facility, just miles from you. I understand the carrier communication was poor and that's not the experience we want for our customers. Our team has been actively working behind the scenes to get this sorted for you. We've also updated our internal process to help proactively ensure carriers have accurate contact information moving forward. We appreciate your patience and hope you love the table once it arrives. Please reach out to us directly if anything comes up and we'll make it right.
