I spent about four months so far to get my prizes, but I didn't get anything. Every time they give me a specific reason for the delay, even when I solve all these reasons, they repeat the same messages within a week, within a week, within a week. I did everything they asked, but I didn't get anything.

Four months of delay reasons looping week after week is exhausting. Gamercraft pays legitimate balances. Open support on gamercraft.com with your username and point at the prize requests you already completed. We do not restart that loop in a public review.
Boa noite , a duas semanas atrás fui banido sem motivo algum pois não faço nada de mais além de jogar . 1 dia antes do banimento tinha conversado com o suporte da gamercraft sobre pagamento , no dia seguinte fui banido não falaram o motivo , suporte no Discord não responde eles apagam minha mensagem do Discord e no site da gamercraft faz 1 semana que estou tentando falar com eles e nada . Estava com alguns pagamentos pendentes tbm ...

I got banned on my account becase of multiple accounts. I proved that me and my brother are playing from the same pc. I made a ban appeal and i proved that im right and i got unbanned. After 1 month the same guy tobi that told me everything is ok with my account banned me again for having multiple accounts while all other accounts are banned. I couldnt even play on other account since every other account was banned and i played on my main only. After i got unbanned i play only from my main and when i asked for withdraw i got banned again for having multiple accounts. I dont know what is this company really. I dont know why am i banned this is not legal. I legit played only on my unbanned main account and i got banned for that. Such a shame. Gamercraft username : Ivanovski34 . Tell me which are my other accounts pls... i dont even know :D

A multi-account ban, an unban after you showed a shared PC with your brother, then a second ban from the same reviewer, is a messy timeline. We still treat multi-accounting as integrity risk. Faz 20 dias realizei o payout do meu dinheiro, mas a empresa não conclui, deixando apenas pendente. Tentei entrar em contato pela página de suporte, mas simplesmente não respondem!

so they just banned my account for smurfing cuz i started playing a bit more serious to earn...after having an account with gamercraft for almost 3 years this has never happened i am extremely shocked that they think i dnt belong in bronze despite being hard stuck due t my teams being so bad

Empresa ultilizando os jogos da riot como uma forma de estelionato, me baniram recentemente, segundo eles por que eu criei 5 contas, e usuflui dos créditos bonus, porém eu tenho prints da minha conta, e resgatei créditos da conta da minha namorada e do meu amigo, apenas!!, eu entrei em dezembro, e até abril eu não recebi nem sequer 1 misero real dessa plataforma, eles te enrolam enrolam, e depois te acusam de algo que você não fez, e nem sequer reconhecem que estão errados, gamercraft resumidamente é porca, e deveria perder o direito de usar os jogos da riot games!!!!!!!!
