Just awesome. I have for 3 days wanted "Distant Worlds: Universe" on Steam but can't afford the 25 euro / $30 price tag. Found it on GameBillet.com for 2 euro / $3 :)

It was absolutely easy, bought GOW code on steam got it under 30secs and I even had a question about geo block prior to the purchase and support answered in under 2 minutes.

I've purchased a few games from them and everything has worked fine, except for today. There was an issue that wasn't their fault (I had registered my account overseas, so I got a key for the wrong region, understandably). Support responded to me in less than 5 minutes with an explanation of the problem as well as providing a key for the correct region. Things going as expected is great and what we all expect in online commerce, but it's when things go wrong and you need to talk to an actual person and make things right that separate the better retailers. I went from using them for the best prices, to being a customer so long as digital copies of software is sold.
