About Galileo Medical
Traditionally the healthcare system has been one-size-fits-some. Galileo was built to reimagine what modern healthcare should be from the ground up. One of the fastest growing tech-enabled medical practices in the country, Galileo is designed to deliver high-quality, affordable care for everyone. Through an easy-to-use app, patients can receive on-demand, 24/7 virtual care care for most conditions, from the common cold and hair loss, to mental health and diabetes. After downloading the app, patients are able to immediately connect with Galileo’s team of medical experts and get help, fast. Through the app, they can also receive prescriptions, order labs, or when needed, be referred to an in-network specialist. Care is delivered via chat, video, or audio, allowing patients to skip the doctor’s office and receive care, wherever they are. Galileo’s doctors are board-certified clinicians from the country’s leading medical schools, trained to deliver clinically excellent care to everyone. Galileo employs full-time doctors across primary care, specialty care, and mental health; with 30% of its clinical staff being fluent in both English and Spanish. Clinicians work together closely and coordinate their efforts, which allows for increased accuracy and the best clinical outcomes for patients. The Galileo service currently operates 24/7 across all 50 states.
