Gainful has become a part of my daily routine since joining a few months back.

After completing the questionnaire, where I had selected the "paleo" option under diet, I was very disappointed to discover that none of the products I was offered were actually paleo. I don't think that it's trustworthy of this company that paleo is an option offered under diet but isn't something they can deliver on. When I brought it up to the customer service representative on Live Chat, he told me that people "follow paleo on different levels." I think it would be a better practice for this company to remove paleo from their diet options until they can offer paleo products.

The customization is super nice so that the formula aligns with my fitness goals. The quiz is quick and easy, and they take the guesswork out of what blends are best. They have so many options based on your diet/dietary restrictions. The subscription can be monthly or tailored to when you are running out or have too much. The protein isn't dense and the flavors are delicious. I currently have Matcha and vanilla. I have tried other protein powders that taste chalky, fake, and gritty. Gainful is the best one I've tried so far. You can tell that it's a protein shake, though. If you don't want to notice that it's a protein shake, I'd recommend buying extra flavor packs and adding 1 1/2 to 2 packets per scoop of powder. I can finally look forward to my protein shakes instead of dreading them. Don't settle for a protein that makes you want to vomit by just remembering the taste. I also ordered the hydration packets in lemon lime. They actually taste like lemon and lime instead of some sugary, fake flavor shots in fast food slushies. It doesn't taste sugary like Gatorade or Powerade that's more sugar than anything, but you can taste the salts, which is the point. It's not unnaturally yellow or green either. I haven't talked with my personal dietitian from Gainful yet, but I'm sure they will be helpful when I have questions. I'm so glad I found Gainful, and I will be sticking with them for my protein needs.

Best product ever. I have used tons of different protein powders before and none of them helped. I’ve been using Gainful for almost a year and it has definitely helped me reach my health goals. Customer service is amazing also. Love it !

I’m glad I signed up this. The protein powder tastes good & doesn’t upset my sensitive stomach. The Hydration power with caffeine keeps my energy up so I can accomplish my workout goals. The registered dietitian is super helpful. Overall I feel very confident I’ll hit my fitness milestones. Gainful will be a valuable resource for me as I move forward!
