After 2 months on the product there wasn't any change at all. I've cancelled my subscription

I love Gainful so much! I thought it wasnt sweet enough at first and reached out to customer service! They let me know some tips that actually help. I use less liquid now and use chocolate soy milk! Too much liquid could dilute the flavor which I was doing in the first place. Duh!! I’m also lactose intolerant so it’s nice to have a protein shake that doesn’t make my stomach hurt :) Not sure what the comments are about customer service. They have always replied to me fast! I found their first email in my spam so maybe that’s why some people say they haven’t gotten a reply... not sure. But every time I message they’re always open to helping! Seriously best online customer service I’ve seen. I had a lot of protein powders before but nothing as interactive and personal as Gainful :) sure you could get a tub of something on sale at a supplement store, but the personalization, the customer service, and the registered dietician is all worth it!! Staying subscribed ♥

Impossible website to use, and navigating it constantly required tech support. Not that special of a product either, don't really know what I paid for
