No updates, called still no ring or call back like promised. Worse part is was going to order matching band but will look else where

My order did not have what was promised and then when they said they would take money off my bill for what was missing that never happened. I am a returning customer who has completed multiple orders with this company but with the lack of customer service and the ability to make me feel taken care of I will never spend money with them again and that’s a shame because I plan to spend a lot of money on jewelry I’m just getting started but it won’t be with gage

I can't rave enough about the quality of both the jewelry and the staff. Very professional and personable. Loved the Open House we went to. We will be going back!
