G4Direct distributes & manufactures CCTV, Security, Video Surveillance, Network, and IOT equipment. We are a veteran owned & operated business headquartered in Cincinnati, OH. We've been in business for over 25 years and have lead the way in standalone security systems. Starting in the late 90s when the time-lapse VCR was high tech, leading the way into digital video and high definition IP Cameras- G4 has been your trusted source for high end security equipment since day 1. We've imported & distributed all of the major brands, most of them before they were considered major at all. We've navigated the murky legal waters and the national cyber security concerns. From the Mirai botnet to the NDAA ban to the most recent FCC bans, G4 stays on the leading edge and we keep our clients safe. A trusted source for over 25 years. You get more with G4.

I've been a loyal customer since the early 2000’s even through the few rough patches of not so great equipment. I enjoy the new X series it was tough walking away from the Flux’s but I am glad I tried the X’s now considering the AI functions.

Thanks Scott! We loved Flux too... we built that brand! However the X is just better and we're happy to hear that you're happy with the switch!

Thank you Tad! Great service is easy when you've got the best customers.
The sales rep Luke has been outstanding from the start. He answered my questions, took care of our non-profit tax exemption, and got the products together quickly for me while I waited. We are fortunate to be in the same town, so it didn't have to be shipped. The equipment is outstanding quality and very easy to set up. We're very pleased and intend to buy more.

Thanks Mark! Super happy you love the products. You're always welcome to heckle Luke a little bit ;)
Rapid replacement of warrantied camera (water seal failure, moisture entering). Straightforward RMA process for return. (15 other cameras for that particular installation are performing well, this was just one of those occasional glitches)
